Fraunhofer Institute of Optronics, System Technologies and Image Exploitation IOSB - Karlsruhe Center for Material Signatures KCMExperts who would like to contribute to the success of the Image Processing Forum with a lecture or poster (each with an essay) are asked to send a short version of max. two DIN A4 pages electronically in PDF format via e-mail to fbv@forum-bildverarbeitung.de by June 21, 2026. Contributions can be written in German or English, in any case each contribution must include title and abstract in English.
The contributions will be published as a book in high-quality color print by KIT Scientific Publishing. A publication of selected contributions in the journal "tm - Technisches Messen" is planned. Admission to Scopus is requested.
The abstract must contain:
- Title of the author(s) (address and contact information)
- Content of the article with specific information
- Assignment to the thematic focus
- Indication of previous publications on the topic
Contributions to the forum must deal with the topic area presented in a well-founded manner and be of general interest. The decision on the acceptance and classification of the proposed contribution into the program is made by the program committee. Sales-oriented contributions will be rejected.

Cancellation
Refund in case of written canellation before November 1, 2026. The processing fee of € 80 per registration will be retained. No refund is possible after November 1, 2026.
